Deposit & Cancellation Policy For

Lashes Services         

Lashed Out By SP has a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. This policy is strictly enforced out of the respect for me and my clients. By giving short notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule. Your deposits will be forfeited & 50% of service will be charged to the card on file at the time of booking if its less than 48 hour notice. This applies to same day cancellations as well. ANY SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN CARD ON FILE BEING CHARGED IN 100% FULL PAYMENT (Failure to pay or declined card will result in no future appointments & banned) No exceptions. Should you want to be rescheduled you must give 72 hour notice. It will solely depend on availability & not guaranteed (A new deposit will be needed as deposit are no longer transferable). Everyone is required to submit a non-refundable deposit to secure each appointment or training booked. Without the deposit, the appointment is not secure.

 Late Policy:

I have implemented a strict 5 minute grace period. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day due to a tight schedule. If you expect that you will be late, you must notify me in advance
(NOT 5,10,20 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT!)
If you exceed the grace period time frame, you will be charged a $30 late fee NO EXCEPTIONS (failure to pay will result in cancellation of appointment and banned for future bookings.) If you are late by 10 minutes or more, it will result in cancellation of your service & no exceptions will be made. FEES WILL APPLY.

 

 No Children/Guest Policy:

Due to safety precautions and new rules due to COVID-19, NO children or extra guests are permitted during any service. This is to insure safety & guideline regulations.
Please plan accordingly. 
EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE MASK. 

 Refunds:

I do not offer refunds on ANY services, however I guarantee all of my services. I allow a 
2-day period to notify me immediately of any concerns. I offer a one-time complimentary follow up appointment to fix anything to your satisfaction. This appointment is limited to 30 minutes. Anything longer than a 2-day period because of poor care, will result in a charge. You will be notified in advance.
There are no type of card payments accepted for final payment on any services.
(Major credit cards, Cashapp, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo etc are NOT accepeted)
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE

 COVID-19 Policy / Procedures

The health and well-being of my clients while in my care is TOP PRIORITY. A face mask is required (MANDATORY) in order to be serviced. If you do not have one, you would be able to purchase one at the studio. - NO MASK=NO APPOINTMENT

Hand sanitizer, Hand Soap, Gloves, Disposable Exam Cover Sheets, Disinfectant Spray, Wipes, will all be available at the studio, visible to EVERY client. We ask that ALL clients who come in, use it before and after their appointments.
During your appointment it will only be me & you. NO EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED.
Last but not least If you are sick, you will NOT be seen. NO exceptions.
Please make sure to reschedule ahead of time to avoid cancellation fees.
